Effective: October 20267-Day Return Window
Exchange or return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery timestamp recorded by our courier partner.
Pristine Original Condition
Items must remain unworn, unperfumed, unwashed, and free of cosmetics or deodorant markings with all designer tags attached.
Tamper-Evident Security Tag
Every KYLASHI couture garment is shipped with a signature security seal. Items returned with severed or tampered seals cannot be processed.
Bespoke & Custom Sizing
Due to their unique personalized craftsmanship, custom bespoke tailored garments are non-refundable, but qualify for complimentary atelier alterations.
How to Request an Exchange
Notify Our Concierge
Reach out via WhatsApp or email within 7 calendar days of delivery. State your Order ID and whether you wish to exchange sizes or request an atelier credit.
Preserve Original Packaging
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, with all original maison tags, security ribbon, and luxury presentation box intact.
Complimentary Pickup
Our verified luxury courier service will arrange doorstep collection from your designated address at a scheduled time.
Atelier Inspection & Dispatch
Upon arrival at our atelier, our master artisans inspect the item within 48 hours and dispatch your exchange or issue your store credit.
Refunds & Atelier Store Credit
Approved returns are processed via either:
- Instant Atelier Credit: Issued immediately with zero deductions, valid for 12 months across all collections.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds processed back to your original card or bank account via PayHere within 5–7 business days, minus standard courier handling fees.
Damaged or Defective Artifacts
Every KYLASHI creation undergoes meticulous dual-artisan quality inspection prior to dispatch. In the rare event an item arrives with transit damage or material defect, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic documentation. We will prioritize an immediate complimentary doorstep exchange.
